🎯 How to Use Chord Finder

🎹 Select Notes

Choose your input method:

  • Keyboard Mode: Click on piano keys to select notes
  • Note Selector: Use buttons to pick notes directly

🎯 Identify Chords

As you select notes (minimum 2), the tool automatically:

  • Identifies all possible chord interpretations
  • Shows chord quality (major, minor, diminished, etc.)
  • Displays inversion information

🔍 Explore Details

Click on any identified chord to see:

  • Note Roles: Root, 3rd, 5th, 7th, extensions
  • Inversions: All possible inversions with names
  • Voicings: Common fingerings for piano or guitar
